Experiment with light. Light the front, then the back, maybe the sides. Play around with the exposure of your SLR at the same time. Exactly what I did with this image - it's still one of my favs to this day. Paul
Look at your flower or subject in a different way. Shoot from underneath or experiment with depth of field. Try to different from other photographer. What makes you different? Let's be honest we need to stand out from the crowd, right?
